All reservations are weather and condition dependent. Although Esperanza Harbor is a protected and reliable place, there is always a chance the weather will make conditions uncomfortable or unsafe.
In the event of conditions above our sailing limits, a scheduled sail will automatically become a "Harbor Hangout" or "Sunset at Anchor", and billed accordingly.
If the captain has to cancel your reservation for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and/or fees already paid.
If you need to make a change to your reservation, let us know as soon as possible. While there is no fee to reschedule, we can't guarantee an opening will be available during the remainder of your trip.
For cancellations with at least 48 hours notice, only the payment processing fee (3%) is non-refundable.
If less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be issued.
